How do I add Quad widgets?
Touch and hold an empty part of your Home Screen, tap Edit › Add Widget, search for Quad and pick a widget and size. Every Quad widget wears the pack you’ve locked in inside the app.
How do I change which pack my widgets show?
Open a pack in the app and press the + key (or the padlock on the shelf). Every Quad widget on your Home Screen switches to that pack and its chosen colourway. Only one pack is locked in at a time.
The weather says London, or isn’t updating
Quad shows a stand-in city until you allow location. Tap the Quad mark at the top of the shelf, open Live data and tap Connect next to Location. iOS refreshes widgets on its own schedule, usually every 15 to 30 minutes; opening the app refreshes them straight away.
My steps show zero
In the app, tap the Quad mark at the top of the shelf › Live data › Fitness › Connect. If you’ve already said no, go to the iPhone Settings app › Health › Data Access & Devices › Quad and turn the categories on. iOS doesn’t tell apps whether read access was granted, so an empty widget can mean either no steps yet or no access.
The music widget doesn’t show my song
Quad follows the Music app. Allow Apple Music in the app’s Live data screen (the Quad mark at the top of the shelf). iOS doesn’t let apps see what other players, like Spotify, are playing.
Why don’t my AirPods show on the Devices widget?
The Devices widget reads accessories that publish the standard Bluetooth battery service, such as many headphones and keyboards. AirPods and Apple Watch don’t publish it, so no app other than Apple’s can show them. Accessory levels update while the Quad app is open.
How does “Set as wallpaper” work?
iOS doesn’t let apps set your wallpaper directly, so Quad uses a one-step Shortcut called “Quad Wallpaper”. The first time, the app offers to add it for you. After that, one tap sets the pack’s wallpaper. You can always use Save to Photos instead.
Restoring Quad+ on a new iPhone
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the app and tap Restore purchases in the app’s Settings (the Quad mark at the top of the shelf).
Cancelling or getting a refund
Manage or cancel Quad+ in the iPhone Settings app › your name › Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before it renews. Payments go through Apple, so refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
